MCITP - Microsoft Certified IT Professional Server Administrator

The MCITP becomes the Windows Server 2008 Administrator and oversees the day-to-day management of the server operating system, file structure, and directory services; handle software distribution and updates; monitor servers; provide tier-2 troubleshooting support; support engineering and change-management projects; build and configure servers; implement auditing policy; perform scheduled vulnerability-assessment scans; and monitor logs for firewalls and intrusion-detection systems.

MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7

The MCITP Desktop Support Technician supports medium to very large computing environments that use Windows 7. These responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for the client computers, the supporting infrastructure, and the applications.

MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7

The MCITP Desktop Administrator is able to install, deploy, and upgrade to Windows 7, including ensuring hardware and software compatibility. Additionally, they are able to configure pre-installation and post-installation system settings, Windows security features, network connectivity applications included with Windows 7, and mobile computing.
