Terms and Conditions
  1. Please register each participant individually.
  2. Light Luncheon and morning/afternoon teas will be provided.
  3. Reference and Workshop manuals are included in all courses.
  4. Microsoft training material are ordered from overseas and delivery can take up to four weeks.
  5. Booking can be made by email and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  6. Payment is required at the time of the booking and no less than ten business days before course commencement.
  7. Notification of cancellation must be received advise via email ten or more working days prior to course commencement.
  8. Refunds will not be issued to students who fail to attend training.
  9. Biztel reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees without notice.
  10. Students must satisfy course prerequisites at their own discretion.
  11. Biztel will not be liable for the loss or theft of or damage to student's property when attending courses
